Pricing
All prices on our website include VAT at the current rate and, unless otherwise noted, do not include delivery charges. While we aim for accuracy, errors may sometimes occur. We will correct any mistakes as soon as possible but are not liable for any losses caused by these errors.
Payment
We accept payments through major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Clearpay. All transactions are securely processed by Trust Payments and Stripe to ensure the highest security standards. Your payment information is encrypted and not stored by us.
Product Information
We work hard to ensure our products are represented as accurately as possible. That said, minor differences in color or size may arise due to the nature of batch production.
Stock levels can fluctuate. If an item you’ve ordered becomes unavailable, Repenic will quickly inform you via email and either propose a suitable substitute or provide an estimated restocking timeline.
Product Warranty
The warranty is exclusive to you, the original buyer, and cannot be passed on to others.
All Repenic products come with a 5-year guarantee against manufacturing defects, starting from the purchase date. Should a defect emerge within this timeframe, we’ll either repair or replace the product—refunds are not an option. Replacements are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we’ll offer a comparable alternative or issue store credit matching the original purchase price for future use.
For electrical products, we highly advise using a licensed electrician for installation to ensure safety and proper setup.
Exclusions from coverage:
● Everyday wear and tear
● Improper assembly or installation due to not following provided instructions
● Products that have been modified or repaired
● Items that have been taken apart
● Unintentional damage
● Harm resulting from misuse
● Post-delivery damage, such as scratches or dents
● Natural aging or texture changes over time
● Goods sold as seconds or during sample sales
● Costs related to installation or removal
Delivery
UK deliveries are managed by courier and come with an additional fee, which will be outlined at checkout. For international orders or remote UK areas, extra charges may apply. Repenic does not cover these additional costs, including customs duties or similar fees.
Upon delivery, please check your items carefully and report any issues with faulty or damaged products as explained below.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, Repenic will arrange a repair or replacement, provided you contact us within 14 working days of receiving it. Email hi@repenic.co.uk with photos or video evidence of the issue. We’ll let you know if the item needs to be returned for assessment, testing, or repair, and if so, we’ll supply a prepaid return label.
Returns
Not happy with your purchase or simply changed your mind? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund (minus the shipping, handling and other charges where applicable). Items that have been altered or damaged during installation do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or repairs.
