Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours for orders placed between Monday and Friday. All orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be handed over to the courier on Monday. Deliveries typically take 1-2 working days within the UK using a next-day delivery service, or for international orders, express tracked services (such as UPS, FedEx, or DPD). However, delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to customs clearance. We are not responsible for any delays.

Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking link. You may need to sign for your delivery, or the courier may use photo proof of delivery. Free shipping is offered for orders over £150, otherwise, a £8.50 delivery fee applies.

Please inspect your products upon receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for issues not reported within 14 days of delivery, unless the products are defective or faulty. In such cases, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or, if required by law, a refund, with collection or return costs covered by us.

If our supply of your product is delayed due to events beyond our control, we will notify you promptly and take steps to minimize the delay. Provided we do this, we will not offer compensation for the delay, but you may contact us to cancel the order and receive a refund for any products paid for but not received.
