Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus the shipping, handling and other charges where applicable) will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
